Return Policy / Claims
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage, or loss of
merchandise while in transit. Therefore, all shipments should be checked immediately
upon receipt for possible loss or damage before the delivering carrier
leaves.
If you should find any loss or damage, the driver should
be notified so that the can make an inspection and fill out a claim form to be
returned with the driver.
You must also notify Five Star / TJ King within 5 days
from the date of delivery so that we can send you replacement product promptly.
Return of product requires a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA). No return of product will be accepted without first
obtaining an RMA from Five Star / TJ King. No returns on food products will be
accepted.
